Our policy lasts only 3 days since you received the order from the courier. If 3 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund and Exchange is only applicable when the order received is defective or in damaged condition due to delivery or is different from your order request. (Slight color difference of a product is not considered as product difference because photo taking may vary the actual color from the color as seen on the photo image)
If good received are correct and in good condition, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Additional non-refundable items:
Any item with obvious signs of use and has been opened; is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned to us without our consent are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Please take a photograph of the damaged item or wrong item received from us and email us with information such as your registered account name and description within 3 days.
Please do not send your purchase back to us or the courier before our reply. We will investigate before getting back to you in 1-2 working days.
If your order is eligible for a refund or exchange, we will notify you and process refund or exchange accordingly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Normally takes 3-5 working days for bank to process after we issue the refund.
You can only exchange for the same item. If the same item is out of stock, you can only exchange for the item with same price. If both options are not available, unfortunately we can only refund you.
The exchange item will be delivered to you using our Standard Delivery which take 4-5 working days, in the same time the delivery man will also collect back the previous order.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift (used our free wrapping and card writing service) when purchased and shipped directly to others instead of yourself, you are responsible to notify your recipient about our refund policy.
For Overseas Orders
Only Refund is applicable. Sorry to tell exchange is not available.
Delivery Fees & Shipping Fee are not available for refund once the item is out for delivery or once the Shipping Fee is paid to third party courier service even customer cancel the order. As the courier fees are paid to the third-party courier service, not payable to us.
